Warranty & Returns
This product comes with a 1-year warranty which covers manufacturing defects, inherent termites and borer issues.
For upholstered products, the warranty applies to the frame, padding and mechanisms, if any.
This limited warranty does not apply to the following:
Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use
Small cuts, scratches or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents
Damage caused due incorrect installation/assembly by the customer
Cracks developed due to displacement of the product
Fading due to direct exposure to sunlight
Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water
Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers have no warranty
Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or use of harsh chemicals
As per the industry standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels. This is not covered in warranty.Returns:
We have a 7-day refund or replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a redund or replacement. You need to inform about the refund or replacement within 48 hours after receiving the product. After this deadline, we cannot accept any replacement or return requests.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Only faulty products will be taken back and accepted for replacements or refunds.
If you want to return the product after you open the parcel, do not discard the packaging material unless you can arrange for the same packaging yourself. If we receive any products in a different insufficient packing and it gets majorly damaged in shipping, you are liable for any damages. Kindly pack the product in the same manner it came as far as possible.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or replacement will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
